This Privacy Policy explains how South Hall Investors, Inc. dba Keller Williams Realty (“KW Premier,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information, including information related to our text messaging program, KW Premier Agent Notifications, sent by Apollo, KW Premier’s AI agent.
Who This Program Is For
KW Premier Agent Notifications is an internal program for real estate agents affiliated with KW Premier as independent contractors and for KW Premier leadership and staff. We do not use it to send messages to consumers or for marketing.
Information We Collect
- Name, mobile phone number, and email address you provide on onboarding/independent contractor paperwork, and the mobile number you reply from when you opt in by replying YES to the Broker/Owner’s invitation text or by texting START;
- Your text messaging consent record (date and time, method of opt-in such as a YES reply to the Broker/Owner’s invitation text, an inbound START text, or a checked onboarding box, and opt-in/opt-out history);
- The content of messages we send to you and replies you send to us, with delivery status and timestamps;
- Business information needed to send relevant notices, such as transaction and commission/disbursement status, compliance document status, license expiration dates, and training or meeting attendance.
How We Use Information
- To send operational text messages: commission/disbursement status notices, compliance and document reminders (including missing documents and license renewal/expiration), training and meeting reminders, and internal office notices;
- To respond to your replies (replies are forwarded to the Broker/Owner) and to provide support;
- To honor opt-out (STOP) and help (HELP) requests and keep records of consent;
- To operate brokerage business and meet legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations.
Sharing of Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We may share information only with service providers that help us deliver messages (such as our SMS platform and wireless carriers) and that are bound to use it solely to provide those services, or when required by law. The exclusions above apply to all such sharing: mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never sold, rented, or shared for marketing.
Opting Out
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. See our SMS Terms & Conditions.
Data Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. We keep consent records and message logs as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and recordkeeping requirements.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy; the effective date above shows when it was last changed.

This section applies only to visitors to this website. It is separate from, and does not change, the KW Premier Agent Notifications text messaging program described above.
- Interest cards and booking requests. If you fill out an interest card on this website, either on the page or one question at a time in the Apollo chat, or ask Apollo to request a confidential conversation, we collect what you provide (for example, your name, mobile number, email, licensed status or years in business, current brokerage, what you’re looking for, and best time to talk), any answers you shared in the chat about your goals, and how you reached us (such as campaign tags in the link you clicked and ad click identifiers). We use this to respond to your inquiry about KW Premier. Mobile numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. If you book a time through our scheduling link, the scheduling service collects the details you enter under its own privacy policy.
- Apollo website chat. Apollo is an AI. Messages you type are processed by our AI service provider to generate replies and may be reviewed by KW Premier staff so a person can follow up. Please do not share sensitive personal information in chat.
- Analytics and advertising. We may use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used and how our ads perform. These services use cookies and may receive device and browser information under their own privacy policies. We do not use IP-based tools to identify individual visitors or their companies.
